ROM 7:15 For what I am doing, I do not understand; for I am not practicing what I would like to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate.
Over the past several weeks you’ve heard some of the same terminology over and over again, that’s not by accident; i’m trying to set a pattern. It’s very important that a pattern is established, it’s one of the keys to success; consistency is your best friend.
Once you develop a habit you start to create a pattern.
Notice smokers, they like to smoke after each meal. Bad habit, but a pattern nonetheless.
Develop good eating habits.
When you make your grocery list, replace the junk food with healthy snacks, reduce your intake of sugars, soda, bread, coffee, chips and cookies. Your goal is to cut them out all together, by reducing your intake you’ll be able to cut them out completely.
Everyone isn’t ready to eat clean, it is a process. You have to unlearn the years of eating unhealthy. Make small changes and everyday strive to do a little better tomorrow. 70% of healthy living is from what we eat, 30% is from exercise. If your your goal is to control your weight, blood pressure or diabetes, it starts in your kitchen.
The things we ought to do, we struggle to do them, but the things we shouldn’t do comes so easy to do, that’s been a issue from beginning of time.
We have been blessed with life and with life comes purpose. Do your part to preserve your life so we can live out your purpose and be about Kingdom Business!
Stay Healthy My Friends!
